We have our own team of experienced housekeepers who clean and prepare properties to the highest standards, every time. We don't rush our housekeepers, we don't cut corners.
All housekeepers have a checklist for every property and we carry out spot-checks to ensure that all housekeepers prepare all properties to the same high standards.
Our housekeepers will check and report any damage or missing items, check that everything is working as expected and carry out the required fire safety tests on alarms and other items. They will clean and prepare all properties to the same high standard.
Our team can also carry out deep cleans and carpet and upholstery cleaning as needed, including VLM carpet cleaning.
We provide all linens, including sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, mattress protectors, pillow protectors and bed runners. We also provide hand towels, bath towels, tea towels, oven gloves, bath mats and more.
We have our own commercial laundry, only for our use. We don't do laundry for anyone else.
We have large stocks of spare pillows and duvets, so if accidents happen, we can replace them.
We also leave 'Welcome Packs' including items such as tea, coffee, milk and biscuits, washing up products, toilet roll, kitchen roll, bath mats, tea towel and so on.
The actual items we leave may vary, depending on the property. For example, if there is a dishwasher, we will leave some dishwasher tablets.
